We have finally confirmed NurseCon at Sea’s updated itinerary with Royal Caribbean. Our chartered sailing will be April 25-29, 2022 on the Freedom of the Seas out of Miami, FL.
Our confirmed itinerary features two destinations: Nassau, Bahamas and the incredible CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s newly-renovated private island. We will be sailing on the newly amplified Freedom of the Seas, sister ship to the Independence of the Seas. This new itinerary will provide even more sights, excursions, and adventures than originally scheduled!

Your NurseCon at Sea Reservation
We are currently working through the process of updating your reservation in our online portal to reflect the new itinerary and ship. The Freedom of the Seas is the sister ship of the Independence, so your reservation will match the same stateroom type as you originally booked.
Your Royal Caribbean Reservation Numbers
We know you are excited to get your Royal Caribbean reservation number, and we are working to get them issued to everyone with a current reservation by mid-May. In the meantime, you can check out the Freedom of the Seas, Nassau and Coco Cay!

FAQs
What will happen to my reservation? Unless you have requested a future NurseCon at Sea credit, your reservation will remain in place and will reflect the new itinerary and stateroom number once we update the event in our reservation system. This is automatic, and you will not have to do anything for these changes to occur.
Am I eligible for a refund? Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any refund requests as stated in our terms and conditions.
Can I receive a credit for a future NurseCon at Sea event? Yes! If you are unable to sail with us on the rescheduled itinerary and wish to receive a credit towards a future NurseCon at Sea event, you may do so by reaching out to us at [email protected].
I still owe payments. Will my credit card be charged on January 15? We have suspended monthly payments temporarily and will resume remaining scheduled payments on June 15, 2021.
Am I eligible for a refund or future cruise credit with Royal Caribbean? Unfortunately, the Royal Caribbean Cruise With Confidence Program does not apply to guests booked on chartered sailings or in contracted groups. You can read more about it in their terms and conditions here.
What if I already made travel arrangements? If you have already made air and hotel arrangements for NurseCon at Sea, please contact your airline and hotel directly.
