All cabin pricing is based on double occupancy - per person price times 2 - unless otherwise noted
Taxes & Fees: $220 per person additional (including 3rd & 4th guests)
All guests are required to pay the full stateroom fare plus taxes, fees & gratuities

All guests must be 2 years or older at time of sailing. Staterooms require at least one guest 21+

Cancellations & Substitutions
All reservations are subject to IRL Events Cancellation/Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions. Traveler substitutions (name changes) are allowed only for fully paid reservations, subject to a charge of $150 per person. In case of postponement or cancellation of the event by IRL Events or the cruise line, refunds or future cruise credits will be provided. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Family Staterooms - 3rd/4th Guests
The primary guest in each stateroom must be 21+. All guests must pay the fare listed on our booking site plus taxes, fees & gratuities. Limited staterooms accommodate more than two guests so book early!

Single Pricing
Singles are charged the full double rate.

Monthly Payment Plan
A deposit of just $99 per guest is all it takes to secure your spot. After that, simply pay easy monthly payments until 60 days prior to sailing. Payment plan details are calculated and displayed when you book online. Suites are not eligible for our payment plan.

Declined Payments
If your payment declines, contact IRL Events immediately. A late fee of $50.00 will be added to your reservation if your credit card on file is declined and your payment is not received by your due dates listed on your invoice. If you are 45 days past due on any payments, we have the right to cancel your reservation without refund or credit. If your reservation is still unpaid one (1) week after our final payment date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund.

Travel Insurance
In order to protect your investment and cover unforeseen expenses, we recommend you purchase travel insurance. Having travel insurance not only protects you from unexpected life changes, it can also cover a variety of expenses while you are away including medical bills, trip delays, accidents, and more. During the registration process, we offer travel insurance from Travel Insured International. Purchasing travel insurance is completely optional, but recommended.
